This cluster encompasses one of South Dakota’s biggest industries, and virtually everyone on the planet is impacted by this cluster. That’s because those working within this field are responsible for the production and safety of the world’s food supply.

Farming and ranching are probably two of the first occupations that come to mind when thinking about the Ag, Food & Natural Resources cluster, but it is so much more than that. Other careers include seed geneticist, veterinarian and food scientist.
